Terms & Conditions
VALET PARKING GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conclusion of Contract:
The contract with Dritha Services is formalized upon the handover of the vehicle key to our Valet Parking team. Upon return of the vehicle key to the customer, the contract concludes. If a booking is made by a third party, they are jointly liable with the customer for all contractual obligations. However, only the customer retains the right to make claims arising from the contract, unless otherwise agreed with Dritha Services.
Scope of Services:
Dritha Services offers parking spaces within our operating area for the agreed rental duration, exclusively for parking purposes and against payment. Specific parking spaces are not guaranteed. The customer must ensure that the vehicle is either their own property or that they have permission from the owner to use it, and that it is not leaking any fluids.
Our opening hours are communicated through notices or other means and may be adjusted unilaterally by Dritha Services with prior notification. Customers must adhere to the agreed-upon collection and drop-off times; failure to do so releases Dritha Services from any liability.
Vehicles are parked at the customer’s risk, and they may be relocated within a 10-kilometer radius.
Prices and Payment Terms:
Prices quoted upon vehicle return are binding and inclusive of VAT, airport charges, and any handling fees. Dritha Services reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment for parking must be settled upon vehicle return.
Dritha Services retains a right of retention and legal lien over the customer’s items, including the vehicle, until the full invoice amount is paid.
Liability:
Any damages to the vehicle or unsatisfactory cleaning service must be reported immediately after handover.
Dritha Services, its legal representatives, and agents are liable for damages resulting from wrongful death, personal injury, health impairment, or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
However, Dritha Services is not liable for damages or theft of vehicles parked in the parking area, traffic accidents caused by customers, or damage to or loss of luggage or other articles.
Only the customer’s vehicle key is accepted by Dritha Services, and we do not hold liability for other keys or personal articles left in the vehicle.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle complies with roadworthy standards and legal requirements. Dritha Services is not liable for costs related to technical defects or failed starts.
